Refund policy

Each artwork is printed to order, so we do not accept returns.

In the very unlikely event there is a fault with your print, we will liaise with you to ensure it is replaced.

If this is the case, you can contact us at sales@pacart.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 19153, 1978 Great North Road, Avondale, Auckland 1026, New Zealand.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your print when you receive it and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
